What's it like?

I offer individual mindfulness-based psychotherapy sessions which works best when we meet weekly, then bi-weekly, then down to monthly, then eventually you get to move on and enjoy the freedom of feeling confidence in yourself, in your life. The pace of this process is up to you, and we talk about that.

In these therapy sessions, I help you develop and grow your senses of awareness and compassion, which often means that I support people with childhood trauma, low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.  In our work together, you will have the space to explore hidden, hurting, or suppressed parts of yourself, which helps to heal and shed feelings and perspectives of judgment and shame within.


Through this work, I guide and challenge you to practice different ways of self-love and human-kindness, so that you can experience, enjoy, and trust the confidence within yourself.
